Welcome to AutoDine. By accessing or using our digital ordering platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2. Service Description

AutoDine provides a comprehensive digital ordering platform including:

  • Multi-Screen Ordering System: Up to 4 independent ordering screens per table
  • Kitchen Display System: Real-time order tracking and management
  • Admin Dashboard: Analytics, reports, and system configuration
  • Owner Portal: Business insights and performance metrics
  • Menu Management: Digital menu creation and updates

3. Account Registration

To use AutoDine, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Represent a legitimate business entity
  • Provide accurate business information including name, address, and contact details
  • Keep your account information up-to-date
  • Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The AutoDine platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AutoDine and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (menus, images, etc.), but grant us a license to use, display, and process this content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

24/7 support is available via email and live chat. Response times vary by plan tier.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data security seriously. Our practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations
  • You can export or delete your data at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any reason with 30 days' notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
